“Let’s Be Asian Games Pioneers” promotion activity was held at Hero Square, Guangzhou, on October 13. It is the third education activity organized by Guangzhou Asian Games Organizing Committee (GAGOC), after two similar ones held on Beijing Road and Grandcity Plaza.

The educational activity this time being roller skating; a newly added sports event in the Guangzhou Asian Games. Roller skating is popular in Guangzhou, and hero plaza is also a place for skating fans to get together.
