In order to facilitate the application for registration of NOC team doctors and dealing with the NOC medical agreement, NOCs are kindly requested to use the following links to download the The 16th Asian Games NOC Medical Agreement and The 16th Asian Games Team Healthcare Professional Registration Form, and submit the completed forms to GAGOC by April 1, 2010.
