Notification on Freight Transportation for the Accredited Media of the 16th Asian Games
Dear Accredited Media friends,
To ensure the smooth and safe delivery of your freight in and out of the MPC, IBC and the competition venues during Bump-in and Bump-out, GAGOC (Guangzhou Asian Games Organising Committee) recommends that you specify the detailed address (i.e. the specific function room or functional area) when signing the contract with your freight forwarding company.
If there is no specific address in the contract, GAGOC will not be responsible for the delivery during Bump-in and Bump-out, and will not be responsible for any incurred lost or damage of the freight. We kindly ask for your understanding for any inconvenience caused.
It is reminded that your freight forwarding company should contact the MPC rental space manager, IBC operation manager, or media operation manager of the specific competition venue to obtain the venue entry permit. Please do not hesitate to contact the rental space manager or venue media operation manager should you have any questions.
