Mr Fok praises the Guangzhou Asian Games Organising Committee (GAGOC) for their excellent work making the Games wonderful. After seeing the Official Website of the 16th Asian Games, he was amazed by the new technology used on the website, saying it is convenient for internet users to know how the Games are going on.

"Every time I came to Guangzhou, I found lots of changes here", said Mr Fok, "So I think by holding such big international sport event will definitely help to make Guangzhou more famous all over the world." He also convinced that with the experience and world-wide reputation, there must be one day Guangzhou hold an edition of Olympic Games just like Beijing did in 2008.

Hong Kong, China has captured outstanding achievements in the Games. While talking about the athletes, he said with a proud smile, "They have done good jobs. The number of gold medals doesn't matter. The sporting spirit that the athletes show to the world is the most important thing." He also talked about Wong Wan Yiu, the cyclist who got hurt but still insisted on competing in the Asian Games. Mr Fok spoke highly of her willingness and congratulated her for getting a silver medal finally.

"To do the best level, and to compete fairly, that are two core things for athletes in the Games, and also in their future life," said Mr Fok at the end of the interview.
